Top Flight Courier

Established in 1994 Mail Box Express is now one of the UK’s most reliable courier service. We are now a delivery one-stop-shop providing same day delivery and next day deliveries for any professional company throughout the UK and internationally.

Helping businesses go further

Since Mail Box Express began, we have taken great pride in not only delivering consignments on time every time, but also in making a positive difference to our clients’ businesses.

Customer care is in our blood here at Mail Box Express which is why we’re committed to always using the latest technology aimed at putting the sender in control.

A bright future for us – and you

As part of keeping our customers in control we have recently introduced a brand new online booking system – STEPS (Secure Tracking of Envelope and Parcel System). Like much of our technology, it is the most advanced system available.

Having come a long way from our early days in 1994 we’re now able to cross-check every single delivery address against the latest postcode information to confirm correct delivery information when booking. It puts our customers in control and their minds at ease and with online real-time tracking, they have the opportunity to view the progress of their consignment anytime.

All our drivers are aided in completing deliveries by inbuilt Tom Tom Satellite Navigation. Images can be captured for future confirmation of delivery. Instant POD’s are available with automatic SMS or Email confirmation options.

Our excellent record has also gained us the ISO 9001 accreditation as we have the systems in place to provide a full audited trail from booking to delivery.

When it comes to the huge responsibility of delivering our customers’ goods and products, we are proud of our record to date and fully intend to not only keep this up but also improve further in being a positive asset to their operations.

Here at Mail Box Express we will continue to provide top quality courier services to enable us to reach our aim of becoming the most reputable national courier service in the UK. As a courier service be try our best to deliver a service that is like no other, if you have any feedback on our service call 08080 742 587

One of the key influencing factors leading to High Technology Lighting using the services of Mail Box Express on an ever increasing scale, was the constant failure of the traditional couriers to adhere to needed delivery deadlines. Our previous courier had on two separate occasions failed to deliver a vital piece of equipment to allow site completion. The answer of “we are allowed to deliver until 5.30” at 5.25 and will not begin a chase, is not acceptable. Whe2 costs were mounting we turned to Mail Box Express, who delivered at 7.30 the next morning, with full driver traceability along the route. The alternative courier delivered five days later. If you require competitive pricing, on a dedicated or guaranteed service, then I would highly recommend Mailbox Express.
