Why haven’t I received an instant confirmation with my tracking number?

Possibly your email address was entered incorrectly on the order form Just let us know at 08080 742587 you have not received your confirmation and we’ll resend your tracking number. Please ensure you tell us the collection and delivery postcodes in this email. Also our confirmation email to you, may have been diverted by your spam filter so please check your junk folder before getting in touch.


How do I know where the driver is?

You can track on line in real time using Google maps.


How can I access the tracking facility?

You can gain access to the tracking feature through the tracking page, with your account information. We never delete your information so you have access to the tracking system for 24/7.


Can I use tracking as evidence of delivery?

Unlike signatures our tracking shows the location of the packages every move, so if you need to evidence the location of your package at all times then our courier service provides this feature as standard.
